Located on riverfront and mountain ranges in Ratnagiri district. ‘The Riverfront Farm House’ is a compact composition of intricately detailed spatial experiences, a contemporary interpretation of vernacular domains and based on the historical concept of wada architecture. The 2500 sq.ft Farm house is an unimposing structure designed to ensure minimum intervention to the natural ecosystem of the site. Preserving the natural landscape for the 12000 sq.ft. site and minimum intervention to nature which is main intention of the project. Various Native indigenous plants and a variety of grasses to add a sense of softness and flow to the rustic look of the stone walls of the farm house.
